Connector by Restroom to Limber Pine
Chosen Trail
On our third day we wanted a short ride in the morning before checking out. We moved our trailers to the day parking area so we could ride past check-out time. We went to Limber Pine from the trail by the restroom, right at Limber Pine then briefly on Limber Pine at the Kruger Rock fork. You can read day one's Moose Meadow trail for details on the Limber Pine Trail here. Below is a narrative of the connection from the restroom to Limber Pine. Our brief ride on Limber Pine after the Kruger Rock fork is detailed on another page here.
Trail Experience
This trail has a very stinky start by the restrooms by K03. It is a very short 0.3 mile uphill connection to Limber Pine. This is the best way for horses to reach Limber Pine since technically they are not allowed up Kruger Rock Trail. (although we did come home that way).
At this junction you can go left to take Limber Pine to Moose Meadows or go right to continue on Limber Pine. If you go right you go home via Kruger Rock (technically horses not allowed but was not enforced) or continue on Limber Pine to Hermits Hollow Campground.
